INTER BAY U PROGRAM
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, it is the mission of Bay United Soccer Club to foster the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of Bay County’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition by incorporating the missions and guidelines of the Florida Youth Soccer Association, U.S. Youth Soccer Association, and the U.S. Soccer Federation. This mission can only be achieved with the generous support of philanthropic individuals, corporate/community partners, or asking families to pay-to-play. We are determined to significantly reduce and possibly eliminate the fees associated with participation.
Founded in 2019, Inter Bay U stands for International Bay United. The team consists of high school boys and girls representing numerous nationalities and backgrounds, such as Jamaica, Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Cuba, and Venezuela. Soccer is popular all over the world and kids take to the streets, fields, and indoor complexes to have fun playing the game. And while some kids in the United States can afford the gear and means needed to play the game, there are many who get left out because they do not have the money, transportation, or home support structure. Our program at Bay United, led by Coach Mike Chrivia, gives underprivileged youth the opportunity and tools to overcome these obstacles through growth, inclusion, and success on a personal level in the Inter Bay U program.
Players who want to play for the Inter U Bay Program must create an account and register online at BayUnitedSoccer.org.
